Frequently asked questions

Verified answers on trainings, services, funding, the Academy and using the form.

Choosing a training

Which trainings are currently presented?

Three training paths are currently open: Neuro-Architecture, Psychology of the home and Psychology of colours. The Science of well-being training is temporarily removed from the public catalogue — it will be back soon.

Do I need to be an architect or a decorator?

No: these trainings are designed for decorators, interior architects, designers, and anyone retraining toward space design. The exact audience and prerequisites for each path are detailed on its page. One thing to note: an Archi Mind training doesn’t grant a regulated professional title — it’s a specialisation that enriches an existing practice.

Are the trainings online?

Yes, all three trainings are followed entirely online, at your own pace. The exact format (videos, exercises, support, duration) is detailed on each training’s page, with a downloadable PDF programme when available.

Where can I find upcoming dates?

On the Sessions page, which lists the next confirmed dates. If no date is shown yet for the training you’re interested in, fill in the form to be notified as soon as a session opens — with no commitment on your part.

Can the trainings be funded through the CPF?

No, they’re not currently eligible for CPF funding (the French personal training account). If you’re an employee, funding through your employer or an OPCO is sometimes possible — write to us and we’ll look together at what might work for your situation.

What does Qualiopi mean?

Qualiopi is the quality certification awarded by the French State to training organisations: it guarantees that our teaching process meets a recognised quality framework. It isn’t a personal certification for you, a funding guarantee, or a scientific label on the content — it’s a recognition of how seriously our organisation is run.

Understanding the services

What is the difference between Analysis, Tailored and Design?

Analysis helps understand an existing place and what’s happening in it; Tailored support answers one precise, specific question; Design & realisation accompanies a transformation or creation project as a whole.

Do the services include technical drawings?

No — our services produce intent and layout deliverables (analyses, recommendations, arrangement ideas), not execution drawings. For the technical drawings, studies or permits needed for building work, you’ll need a building professional in addition.

Does Archi Mind provide project management?

No, we don’t provide site supervision or coordinate building work. Our role stops at analysis and layout recommendations; the actual building work is done with your tradespeople or a project manager, whom we can help you find if needed.

How do I find out a price or a timeline?

Every project is different, so there’s no standard price or timeline on display. Write to us describing your need (the space involved, your goal, any constraints): we’ll get back to you with a tailored proposal and a realistic schedule, before you commit to anything.

Can a conference be requested?

Yes, gladly. Tell us about your organisation, your audience and the topic you have in mind via the form, and we’ll get back to you to work out the format that suits best — this first request doesn’t reserve anything.

Is the support therapeutic?

No. Our support focuses on reading a space and its uses — it never replaces medical advice, a psychological diagnosis or psychotherapy, and it makes no promise of any effect on health or behaviour.

Contact, Academy and data

How do I send plans or photos?

The contact form doesn’t accept file attachments. Write to us first with your request: we’ll then let you know the simplest way to send us your plans or photos.

Does the form confirm an enrolment or a booking?

No, it simply records a request for information. It’s not a purchase, an enrolment, or a reservation of a date or seat — any commitment always happens in a separate step, with full clarity beforehand.

How do I access the Academy?

Once your Academy access has been granted (after enrolling in a training), you’ll receive a link to create your secure account. You’ll then find only the content and documents linked to your own path.

What should I do if I have trouble accessing my account?

Use the Contact form and choose the “training” or “general question” reason, describing the problem you’re having. For your security, never send your password in a message — we will never ask for it.

How do I report an accessibility need?

Choose the “Accessibility” reason in the form and simply describe the practical adjustments you need (reading support, pace, format…). No diagnosis or detailed medical information is needed.

What happens to the form data?

They are used only to process your request and are stored securely by Archi Mind. The details of the fields collected, how they’re used, your rights and the retention periods are set out in our privacy policy.
