Data controller
ARCHI MIND, 8 avenue de Poisat, 38320 Eybens, France — contact@archi-mind.fr.
Data collected and purposes
The contact form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, organisation, context, training or service of interest, project type and area, timeframe and message. Your account and the shop features may process your name, email address, hashed password, cart, orders, payment references, Academy entitlements, technical tokens and email logs. The newsletter stores your email address, interests, source and a dated record of consent. This data is used to provide the requested feature, follow up on it, and protect the service against abuse.
Please do not submit any medical, psychological or banking data, passwords or confidential documents through the general contact form.
Legal basis and recipients
Processing a request is based on the pre-contractual measures requested by the individual or, for a general enquiry, on the legitimate interest in responding. Data is accessible only to persons authorised by Archi Mind and to technical providers strictly necessary for hosting and maintenance.
Retention
An operational retention period must be set by Archi Mind before going live. As a precautionary measure, the deployment documentation recommends deleting or anonymising unresolved requests no later than three years after the last contact, subject to legal obligations and the defence of rights.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing where these rights apply, by writing to contact@archi-mind.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Security
Version 2 of the site notably uses HTTPS in production, protected session cookies, CSRF protection, server-side validation, anti-abuse rate limiting, limited logging and access restrictions. Payment card details are entered directly with the payment provider; the application only stores the references and statuses required to track the transaction.
