These terms govern browsing of the public Archi Mind website. Use of the trainings, services and any external platforms is subject to the contractual terms provided before commitment.
Access and conduct
Users must not attempt to bypass protections, disrupt the service, unduly extract content or infringe the rights of third parties. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or incidents.

The information provided is for educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute a prescription, a diagnosis, or technical or regulatory advice applicable without a review of the individual context.
Intellectual property and links
Content may not be reproduced or distributed without authorisation, except where legal exceptions apply. Archi Mind exercises no control over content published on external websites.

The Archi Mind network
The directory lists practitioners trained and certified by Archi Mind. Each of them works independently, under her own name and her own responsibility. Archi Mind trained and certified them: it does not employ them, does not supervise their assignments and is not a party to the contracts they enter into with their own clients. Certification attests to the training completed, not to the outcome of an assignment.
Governing law
French law applies, subject to mandatory rules protecting the user.
